Terms of Service
Last updated: November 4, 2026
These terms explain the ground rules for using AnimeKai (https://animekaitv.net/). It won’t take long to read. If you open or use the site, you’re agreeing to them, so if anything here doesn’t work for you, the best move is to leave the site alone.
Agreeing to these terms
Using AnimeKai means you accept these terms and the policies they point to, such as our Privacy Policy and DMCA Policy. That covers every visitor. If you’re using the site for a company or a group, you’re also confirming that you’re allowed to agree on their behalf.
What AnimeKaiTV is
AnimeKai is a place to find and browse anime with English subtitles. You’ll see anime listings, episode pages, info pages, search and filter tools, and links to content hosted by other parties. It’s all here for information and entertainment. Curious about the site itself? Our About Us page tells the story.

- Break any law or regulation while using the site
- Try to get into our servers or connected systems without permission
- Disrupt the site with bots, aggressive scraping or malicious code
- Use the site to send spam, harmful content or unwanted messages

Your responsibility
What you do on the site is up to you. That includes following the laws where you live, copyright law included, and keeping your own device and connection secure. AnimeKai isn’t responsible for how individual users behave, or for what they open through the site.
Intellectual property
The original parts of the site, such as its design, layout and written text, belong to the site operators or are used with permission. Anime titles, artwork, characters and other media mentioned here belong to their rights holders, and these terms don’t give you any right to use them. We take copyright seriously. If you’re a rights holder, our DMCA Policy explains how to send us a notice.
Third-party content and links
Some pages carry videos, ads or links that come from websites we don’t own or control. We include them for convenience, which doesn’t mean we endorse them. We aren’t responsible for their content, policies, uptime or practices. Opening third-party content is your own choice and risk, and it may come with its own terms.
Availability of content
We can’t promise that the site, or any page or feature on it, will always be online or run without interruptions. Content and features can be added, changed or removed at any time without notice. We’re also under no obligation to keep, update or restore any particular content.
Disclaimer
The site is offered “as is” and “as available,” with no warranties of any kind, stated or implied. We don’t guarantee that it will be error-free, secure or uninterrupted, that every defect will be fixed, or that it’s free of viruses and other harmful components. Information on the site is general and may contain mistakes or gaps.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, the operators of AnimeKaiTV aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. That includes lost data, profits or goodwill that come from using the site (or being unable to use it), or from anything you access through it. If you’re unhappy with the site, your only remedy is to stop using it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page, and by continuing to use the site afterwards you accept it. Checking back once in a while is a good idea.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the site operators are based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays fully in effect.
